SpeedyCraft is a mobile order system, where data flows freely between field workers and the back-office systems. To be able to do this in a good way, we depend on a great API on our side and tight integrations to other systems. General information about SpeedyCraft is found here.
Some examples of what SpeedyCraft may be used for in your integration
- Export list of customers, work orders and product catalogue, making them available to field workers (Customer, Assignment, Product)
- Register service hours when on site at the customer (AssignmentService)
- Get kilometer, toll roads and ferry expenses from ViaTracks directly into your work order (AssignmentService)
- Set up appointments linked to work orders, use SpeedyCraft Planner at the office (Schedule)
- Taylor-made forms filled in on-site, exported as documentation pdf’s directly into your work order. (AssignmentQualityControl)
- Use phone camera for documentation on-site. (Attachment)
- Send Purchase orders (Order) to order products (OrderItem) to a supplier (Supplier)
- Update inventory (Stock) on a warehouse (Storage) and make it available to field workers (MobileDevice.SyncStorage)
